With more than 20 years of experience in gastronomy, Christos Michailidis has served as Executive Chef at leading five-star hotels, including Ammon Zeus and Kairaba Sandy Villas, creating high-standard menus and leading large kitchen teams.
His career has taken him from Thessaloniki and Santorini to Halkidiki and Corfu, while his passion for authentic street food led him to establish Chef Avenue, where fine-dining expertise meets the flavour of the street.
Every recipe and creation bears his signature—passion, freshness, and respect for quality ingredients.

Best value for money spot in agios by a landslide . The food is good quality and and incredibly tasty . Go in the evening cause the wait times after 8-9pm are on the longer side but still worth the wait .
